The new BMX base is designed with a 45° inclination compared to 30° in the previous series.
The innovative design, the generous 45 mm wide roller guides, and the increased weight of around 1,500 kg provide robustness and resistance to stress, significantly reducing vibrations.

At the heart of the new BMX51/70 turret is a powerful integrated motor in the tool disc, thermally cooled and stabilized for maximum efficiency.
The motion is transmitted directly, with no kinematic chain: the motor is directly coupled to the tool holder.
The result? A simpler, more compact, high-performance system.

Turret with Integrated Motor: Power and Precision at the Core

BMX 70

The liquid-cooled synchronous electrospindles offer top-tier performance in torque, power, and speed.
Designed with high-precision bearings (ball and cylindrical roller), they ensure maximum rigidity and stability for every operation.
Thanks to the available torque even at low speeds, you can perform significant material removal without sacrificing quality: excellent roundness and flawless finishes, even on difficult materials.

The new BMX51/70 sub-spindle, with CNC-controlled Z3 and X3 axes, adds a higher level of flexibility and productivity to the machine.
Thanks to its ability to offset from the main spindle, it offers clear advantages:
- Zero interference between the two work areas
- Simultaneous machining with three tools via Superimposition function

Not Just Bar Work – Maximum Flexibility for chucking operation

The new BMX51/70 is designed to offer maximum performance in chucking operation, combining power, capacity, and versatility.
Thanks to the option of mounting a 250 mm chuck on the main spindle and handling a turning diameter of up to 270 mm, this lathe ensures high performance even on large parts.

A 210 mm chuck can also be installed on the sub-spindle, further expanding secondary finishing options with the same precision and stability guaranteed throughout the entire production cycle.

A wide range of high-precision machining operations can be performed with our state-of-the-art machine tool, both from bar and shot. Turning, milling, drilling and threading are handled efficiently and flexibly thanks to motorized turrets, CNC-controlled axes and high-performance spindles. Ideal for the production of large, complex parts, the machine provides stability, power and flawless finishes even on difficult materials.

Programmable automatic unloader

The finished part unloading arm is CNC programmable and allows parts up to 300 mm long to be unloaded directly onto the tape, automatically and in masked time.
